General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jeetwun ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the jeetwun website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, live casino, and all associated promotional offerings.

Account Rules & Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one account on jeetwun. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus funds or winnings accrued across those accounts.

When registering a jeetwun account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You further agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and promptly update it should any details change.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeetwun login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Any activity conducted through your jeetwun account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified jeetwun of a security breach.

jeetwun reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or provided false information during registration or at any subsequent point.

Deposits & Withdrawals

jeetwun supports a range of payment methods specifically selected to serve the needs of Bangladesh-based players. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits and withdrawals on jeetwun are subject to the following general conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount on jeetwun is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player account tier.

Bonus Policy & Wagering Requirements

jeetwun offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins packages, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms and any additional specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered before real-money funds are used. Where both bonus and real-money balances are present, wagering requirements apply to the bonus balance first.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain table games, and sports betting may carry reduced contribution percentages. Full contribution tables are published in each promotion's terms.

Prohibited Conduct

By using the jeetwun platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of any of these provisions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Creating more than one jeetwun account, whether in your own name or using a third party's details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other stage.
• Using the jeetwun platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or the proceeds of crime.
• Attempting to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the jeetwun platform's technical infrastructure, game algorithms, or security systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on jeetwun.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole-card information in poker, or coordinate sports betting positions in a manner designed to exploit platform pricing.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward jeetwun staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Misusing the jeetwun bonus and promotions system through systematic exploitation techniques commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "advantage play" in a manner that jeetwun determines to be in bad faith.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeetwun, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jeetwun platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenues resulting from platform downtime, game errors, or technical failures.
• Interruptions to the jeetwun service caused by internet connectivity issues, third-party payment processor outages, or maintenance windows.
• Unauthorised access to your jeetwun account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Errors in game outcome display resulting from client-side rendering issues on your device.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by factors outside the direct control of jeetwun.

The jeetwun platform and all its content, features, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jeetwun makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose of the platform or its services.

Where jeetwun is found to be liable to you by a court of competent jurisdiction despite the above limitations, our maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to jeetwun in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the internal policies of jeetwun as published from time to time.

Players in Bangladesh are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gambling on the jeetwun platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction of residence, including the laws of Bangladesh. jeetwun does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and jeetwun, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance at support@jeetwun. jeetwun is committed to resolving player disputes fairly, promptly, and in good faith. Our support team, available 24/7 on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6), will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within one business day.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with jeetwun support, you may escalate the matter through our formal complaints procedure. Details of the escalation process are available by contacting support@jeetwun. jeetwun will provide a final written determination on all formally escalated disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving all necessary information.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jeetwun with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
